    Click on the relevant refinery unit's apprentice engagement notification link.

    Read the detailed advertisement carefully.

  4. 4

    Ensure your profile is registered and 100% correctly updated on the relevant NAPS or NATS portal.

  5. 5

    Log in to the NAPS/NATS portal using your User ID/Email ID and apply for the apprenticeship opportunity under the applicable refinery's Establishment ID.

  6. 6

    After successfully applying on NAPS/NATS, go back to www.iocl.com and click on the Microsoft Forms link for your refinery unit.

  7. 7

    Submit the additional information form with the same Enrolment No./Student ID/Registration No. used in Step I.

  8. 8

    Ensure all details in both steps are identical and correct.

  9. 9

    Completing only Step I or only Step II: Both NAPS/NATS portal application and Microsoft Forms submission are mandatory. Completing only one will make the application invalid.

    Mismatched details across Step I and Step II: The Enrolment No., email ID, and mobile number used in NAPS/NATS must exactly match those submitted in the Microsoft Forms. Any mismatch leads to rejection.

    Applying for more than one trade/discipline: The notification explicitly states that candidates applying for more than one trade/discipline will be summarily rejected.

  12. 12

    Applying with qualifications acquired through distance/correspondence/part-time mode: Only regular full-time courses are eligible. Distance education qualifications are not accepted.
